Ummm…I think even the talentless hack Katrina knows that unfortunately she is "too old" to play flowerpot roles in Bollywood now. This industry is extremely sexist and misogynist, so she can no longer do the type of roles(the sexy glamorous item girl type roles) that her young rivals and juniors are doing these days because the same audience would never accept her in such sexy eye candy roles for obvious reasons. This is what happens when you build your career solely based on your on your looks and body and use your sex appeal to your own advantage for easy money without understanding the pitfalls of it…girls like that are completely replaceable in Bollywood(though in her mind Katrina thought she was irreplaceable) and that’s how Katrina got replaced by the much sexier and better dancer Nora Fatehi. And of course she has completely ruined her face as well with too much botox and filler as well! And Katrina is also a very very bad actress with horrible acting skills.
So yeah….Katrina is also no Vidya, Kareena, Tabu and Madhuri to transition into mature roles because she lacks their talent. Even the likes of Anushka and Sonam have had roles which revolved around them and they got major praises for them as well. Whereas Katrina for years was just a flowerpot catering to male gaze with her bloody mid dancing capabilities and below mid acting capabilities. So her types of roles will go to younger actresses now. Her contribution to movies is now being seen as just a bloody successful brown fishing, brownfisher white lady who became Indian barbie and then lying about her paternal parentage(the so-called Kashmiri father does not exist at all)

Her career is over. It should’ve be over like 10 years ago because she can’t act to save her life. She is a not good actress like Vidya or Tabu. In order to get films after age of 40, you have to know how to act but she can’t act. Forget about acting, she can’t even speak Hindi properly. Most of the time, her voice was modulated by somebody else. I am surprised of how she survived in the industry for so long despite not knowing Hindi so well but long time ago, Nora and Disha replaced her. She is the female version of Arjun Rampal and Dino Morea but those guys didn’t have backup from superstar actresses while she did and that’s why she lasted in the industry for long.
