They use Pakistan as a base to cover Russia China and Iran incase of any untoward situation arising in the middle east & south Asia... Ofc they can't be firing missles from their country so it's through their fleet in the pacific and their partners in Asia like Kuwait, Israel..Pakistan is just one of those who allow their land to be used for their purpose , like they did during Afghanistan war..they have their bases around Korea and South pacific the pearl Harbour etc ..they have to have their dominance in the region that's it
