See it's clear even by CNN clip shared that the blast happened very near to the nuclear station.

I don't think India has hit into it, it was more like a threatening shot if at all Pakistan tried to take nuclear route.

Radiation leak isn't there it's just a precautionary test

And yes India is underplaying this rightly so.
