It actually fits the bill..one of their nukes went off (I don't believe they were "testing" , you don't test a nuke before disposing , if they are this crazy let it off ) , and it had something to do with the usa n hence the haste to stop the ops . USA might have a secret facility or storage over there that's why these bhikaris keep getting the imf loans & grants from the USA..the game is really big but India has an upper hand that's for sure ..
