CID Episode 42 - 11th May

Thread for today's episode

Alright... Episode begins.

And now, time for the question I have been thinking of since yesterday:

There is a suspected traitor in the team... Alright. Daya found a chip hidden in ACP sir's badge... Okay. He wants to find out what is in that chip. He doesn't trust anyone in the team because there might be a traitor... Fine. Idhar tak sab theek hai.

But he is completely, absolutely, hundred percent sure that Gargi isn't a traitor? And he decided to trust her with the chip? She isn't a member of CID? You suspect your bestie but not a new member?

Strange...

I'm not understanding one thing, why is only Daya sir shown investigating the Barbosa case? I mean the others equally loved their senior ACP Pradyuman...... (Plus he has no solid proof but he has suspicion on his colleagues)

Not just a "bit" weird, it is a lot weird.

The entire team was heartbroken and completely shattered on ACP sir's death. They all vowed to bring Barboza to justice but now only Daya is shown investigating all this. No one else is shown discussing Barboza even in the smallest capacity. It is extremely weird no matter how we look at it.

Baaki team members khaali haath par haath rakh kar baithe toh nahi reh sakte... It's just not written properly. Absolutely weird writing.

Also that audio clip reveal in the last scene - idk how he had the time to transfer it in the chip seconds before the blast happened

I was wondering the same...how come no body is even discussing about it? Only Daya is shown secretly investigating and finding proofs

Nobody any longer seems affected by acps death...not even Salunkhe

They did secret investigation when daya was falsely accused of the murder in a recent episode...but not now?

Also one wierd part is poora screen time Daya ko hi mil raha hein... Abhijeet Poorvi and Pankaj ko barely koi screen time tha this week...

Aaj ke episode mein toh dikh hi nahi rahe.....just Daya Daya Daya

I don't even know or want to even attempt to understand what they are trying to show at this point of time.

Its just a total hodgepodge of all the stuff. Daya finds the chip but how and when did ACP sir prepare that chip? During the blast? Before the blast? Which means it's a total YSPT meaning he already knew Barboza is going to target him?

Plus CID team mein gaddar... Daya suspecting even his best friend but not Gargi?

Everything's strange at this point of time...

This basically confirmed the YSPT theory cause why would he trust Gargi and not Abhijeet?

Also the blast happened a second after ACP sir stopped speaking....idk how it was transferred to the audio chip

Well, yesterday Abhijeet, Pankaj and Purvi got the screentime... And today it's Daya, Avni and Sachin. Guess they are simply splitting the cast into two at this point of time (if they were smart, they might have shown that Daya doesn't suspect Sachin as he was in the hospital in a near death state and Avni so he decides to work with them?).

Kya pata kya chal raha hai in logon ke dimag mein... At this point, I don't even know if they actually know what they want to show.
