No, this is not from promo shoot....this is a different location next to a lake. Promo location was just an open field - no water body around it.

They shot this scene alag se for the epi.

Epi ended with J saying PR name loudly & Ani surprised to hear J voice in unexpected place where he never thought … & surprised he saw her
