Part -7:
Next Day.... ( Sunday )
At about 6am in the morning, all of them got ready. Yash brought his car from outhouse that he had bought before 2 months. All got into the car. All the while Aarti was trying hard to meet Yash's eyes, but to her utter dismay, he his not meeting her gaze.
Aarti thought: Poor Yash... I really feel bad for getting angry on him. But there are so many reasons for which I need to say ' Thank you ' and ' Sorry ' to him.
Yash sat on the driving seat with Pari in frontseat beside him. Aarti, Sobha and Radha got into the backseats of the vehicle.
And thus they set off towards their destination.
Aarti was seating near the window, just behind Yash. Even while she was enjoying the breathtaking views of the landscape, which was looking green and lustrous in the morning mist and the golden rays of the rising sun, her eyes kept wandering towards the rear view mirror, which was showing her reflection of another person who was rising like sun in her thoughts--- Yash...
She caught herself studying his features closely. His thick and black eyebrows, his dark brown eyes, his nose, his light stubble, everything about him seemed rarely handsome.

She blushed suddenly at her own girly thoughts and looked away smiling. Sobha leaned towards her and smiled.
Sobha: Now what is with you Chinnu, Why are you Smiling lostly?
Aarti ( Stammers ): N--Nothing Am--ammaa... I'm just enjoying the view.
She stealthily threw another glance at him and again smiled sweetly.

She thought " What is happening to me...? Why am i behaving like a dreamy teenager? But this feeling is so blissful...
Aarti ( to herself ): You were behaving like an enemy with him till last night... Now What happened to you?
Aarti ( again to herself ): Because he isn't that bad as i thought..
Just then Yash's eyes casually wandered into the side rear view mirror and there he saw her looking at the window.

Her hair is blowing due to the wind. He felt so peaceful looking at her calm face.
Aarti suddenly looked at the mirror and they saw each other. Yash quickly turned his gaze to the road.
Aarti glanced at him once again and then slowly dozed off leaning her head towards the edge of the window.
Yash again turned to look at her reflection in the mirror saw her sleeping like a baby. He thought, " She is really sweet and beautiful... Nandu was right... And I wish she would just forgive me soon...
When it was around breakfast time, they stopped the car near a wayside restaurant and everyone except Aarti got down. She was still asleep. Yash went by her side and knocked on her side door. She woke up with a startle and blinked at the bright sunlight. Her gaze fell upon her face and she smiled absent mindedly.
Aarti: Yash....
Yash: Aren't you hungry? Get down we're having breakfast....
Aarti: ( looks around ) Really..?! Oh...Alright then..
Aarti was dressed in a light pink coloured salwar suit whereas Yash was wearing sky - blue colour shirt and white mundu ( dhoti ).
Aarti got down and both of them walked together towards the restaurant.
Suddenly Aarti trippled over a stone and was about to fell forward when she felt a pair of hands gripping her shoulders which made her stand straight.

She gazed towards him with thankful eyes and sweet smile.
Aarti: Thanks...

Yash looked at her and nodded with pursed lips. They walked up the steps leading inside and joined others.
All of them had their breakfast in the restaurant and again resumed their journey and reached the temple within one hour. They parked the car at the parking area and all came out.

Yash led them towards the counter which was meant to keep the devotees slippers, mobile phones etc safely.
Then Yash started to unbutton his shirt and removed it. Aarti understood that it was because of the custom that men are not allowed to wear shirts here in the temple.
But soon she realised that she was checking out him. She noticed him folding his shirt and kept it inside a plastic cover with Mobile and was surprised when he held out his hand towards her.
Aarti: ( Widens her eyes ) What...?!
Yash: Your mobile... It's not allowed inside the shrine.
Aarti scolded herself for again thinking about him wrongly. She switched off her phone and handed him. He put that too inside the cover and went kept in the counter.
Together they walked towards the zigzagging passage made with metal bars meant for devotees to maintain queue. Since it was holiday there were a lot of devotees for darshan.
They all joined the line of numerous devotees. Aarti was standing in front of Yash in close proximity much to the discomfort of both.
Radha, Sobha and Pari were standing four - five persons ahead of Aarti. So she decided to use this time to talk to him. But she was feeling a little awkward to turn towards him because he was shirtless.
Aarti turned slightly sideways, but didn't look at him properly. But she could view him with her side eyes.
Aarti (softly): Yash.....
Yash was already surprised when she turned sideways and when he heard her voice calling his name, he raised his eyebrows and blinked his eyes innocently.
Yash: Hmm...
Aarti: First of all I want to say sorry to you for my behaviour towards you...
Yash was shocked. He couldn't believe his ears. He said calmly.
Yash: Hmm... It's Okay... I started it first... So you need not to be sorry...
Aarti smiled slightly still facing sideways
Aarti: And also Thank you....
Yash was overwhelmed by her change of attitude towards him. He exclaimed loudly as he is utterly confused now...
Yash: For what?
Aarti now turned her face fully towards him and looked into his eyes with joyful face. He was amazed at the glow which was evidently emitting from her face.
Yash stared at her radiant face without blinking his eyes.
Aarti: For always protecting and taking care of my mother... I know that a mere thank you is not enough. What you did for my Amma is invaluable.
Yash smiled slightly and lowered his head. He couldn't understand why he is feeling overjoyed after hearing those words from her. He looked up at her again.
She gazed at him intently waiting for him to say something.
Just then there was a commotion behind him as the people were trying to push the queue forward. Yash fell towards her and his hands caught hold of her waist. Aarti gave support to his shoulders with both hands. Their eye glued on to each other and Just then another wave of pushes reciprocated from the queue in front of Aarti, which caused Aarti literally hug Yash. Both were sandwiched between the struggling devotees. Yash had never felt something like this for any girl. He shut his eyes tightly so as to compose himself. Aarti could feel her heart thudding madly as she looked into his handsome face.
Next moment they realised their position and sprang apart from each other. Yash opened his eyes with a gasp and pushed himself backwards whereas Aarti turned around abruptly and she was panting hard as if she ran miles.
She shut her eyes tightly and gulped.
Aarti: Oh God... What was that?
But she felt a rare thrill and excitement which was mixed with apprehension.
Yash thought: Oh God... Now what will she think about me. I didn't fall on her intentionally.
