Finally watched Animal...

Ranbir should stop doing such movies.

Many actors chose their movies carefully after they have a kid etc. they chose movies responsibly.

While Ranbir’s acting was applaud worthy, the character itself was so flawed. The movie felt so wannabe-ish, just pure crap

She barely existed in the film, and I didn't exactly root for her character.

Also, she was just a showpiece in the movie!

Making trashy movies trashy enough is an art too. He did a great job of making you feel sick. The popularity of this movie is concerning but from Ranbir's POV it was an interesting choice. Like he was saying Sid has woken up and you're not going to like it.

Tripti was probably in it because no other actress was okay with 'that' scene. Except for maybe Radhika Apte who would have said " I'll do the movie if you rewrite all the misogynistic scenes and turn them into p&rn". And the makers must have been like p*rn is old news.; wifebeating is making a grandcomeback ,karni hai ya nahi aapko
