Oh I did try it once but couldnt find any good books.smiley36

Yeah they’re usually duds but you can get lucky with a few. I’m not paying for KU anymore- I had it for the 3 month free trial & since I have Prime, I keep looking to see if anything interesting lands up. I’m reading one right now called The Last Party. It’s quite good so far!

How do you decide what’s good? Do you read the blurb or look up reviews on GR?

You can join your new teams (Look up the Orange Team button on the main forum page) for May and begin logging your books for May once you've hit the April deadline for your Time Zone [Midnight wherever you are]

Thank you for your contributions and I loved having you on this team!

Hope you enjoy the reading challenge next month and hit even bigger milestones!

Happy reading!

Is The Last Party a thriller by Lucy Foley ir am I confusing it with another book?

I tried the Kindle app but I hated reading on it, isliye I never bothered to get KU, otherwise I wouldve considered it.

Oh in this context by good I meant books that are popular or I have heard a lot about. But usually I go by recommendations or if the blurb interests me.

It’s by A.R. Torre.

Why did you hate the Kindle app? smiley5

Omg Lizzieee, I actually read 4000+ pages this month!! 😍😍 That's like, unbelievable!! It's more than double of what I'd expected to read, considering the pace I go through books these days 😭

I'm so so happy 🥺❤️ I don't think this would've happened without this challenge subconsciously pushing me to read more. Do you remember, halfway through the month I wasn't even sure I'd get to 1k... Idk when and how I got the sudden speed boost but damn I'm so glad I did smiley19

I haven't read this much in a long long time. This is so satisfying 😭🥹❤️

Wish I hadn't gotten so caught up in these last couple days... I was expecting to be done with my last 2 books by today

Ab to May mein I don't think I'm gonna get much time ☹️ This month was unexpectedly blissful smiley27
