I hope he does this with trainers and gets guidance via doctors as he should do what’s needed but properly and not just to show us. His health is important esp diet !! Nutrition is the key. There many who don’t pump up with weights but have healthy diet and cardio and then light weight training to build muscle.💪 Weights is more to have abs which is good as he started the body building trend!!

He needs muscle to be strong then he can do cardio and diet as well but muscle is important because weight loss alone u will lose muscle which is essential
