Just a curious question: Was running away the only way out for Juhi? Or was that decision impulsive? I ask this because when she heard Neil's plea to not marry him, she made the decision to run away almost immediately, saying "mujhpe bharosa kijiye" then and there itself. She could've taken some time to think over it, since she was hurt when Neil told her that he couldn't provide for her after their marriage. Of course, Neil's ever delayed, "loading 0℅, loading 1℅..." response was the culprit in this whole situation but if he had refused Juhi earlier, Tejaswini wouldn't have come into the picture as both the families wouldn't agree to a relation in the same house where a previous engagement has been broken.

The mess was meant to happen, I understand but could it have been avoided totally in an alternate universe?

Marrying neil wasn't a wise decision for her man, for so many reasons. She didn't do it for just neil but for teju and for herself too, she did the right thing according to the show but yes teju was wronged.

She didn't share this with anyone to protect teju from being humiliated and judged. To prevent Teju's humiliation she took it all on herself. So, her as a character gets my sympathy for sacrificing herself to do something good for others.

Now I only hope Juhi gets married to a good guy and not Ruturaj

I agree with what you said on s1. Virat shouldn't have given her hope that he'll never let anyone enter his heart. That was stupid of him and PL was equally delulu too.

Edit: I agree with the part that grey characters in general are difficult to write and portray in any medium. Especially with the audience backlash since majority of viewers like to have B&W characters. And humans can take an obsessive, psychotic turn over seemingly insignificant things if ego comes into the picture for sure, although this isn't a convincing argument for RR's lightning-speed transformation.

Absolutely right. Juhi koi bacchi nahi hai. She's capable of making her own decisions. Both Leena and Ritu are assuming Juhi eloped because she got manipulated by Teju as they're blinded by thier hatred for Teju. Both have similar reasons for their hatred..one got rejected by her father another by herself.

Human mind is mysterious. When it comes to ego, there're no way of predicting how someone would react. Although the real reason for this overnight transformation is the need for kalesh in ganja universe

I feel like if she really wanted good of others toh instead of running away she should have talked with Teju and some understanding family members directly.... I can understand she wanted her to get married to Neil type good guy not any random aira gaira....and it was forced for him as well still ye bahut immature tarika tha....Satish is ultimately a father even mom was highly affected let aside repo and all....

Neither Teju is happy nor family is....only person who got satisfied that too is meaningless (is Neil....)

But I can understand sympathy for her....

It was revealed the moment when Leena learnt that Teju's father was Mohit ..the same guy who rejected Leena during her college days. Around episode#1512 I suppose..
