I’m the opposite- I love it when they do! It gives me a glimpse of their HEA playing out and it’s so fun especially if the characters are quirky. I get attached to a character or a couple and want to read more of them and this is a great way to (other than the bonus chapters that seem to be every author’s MO these days)Originally posted by: heavenlybliss

I guess it depends. I don't mind if I'm reading a whole series together but right now it's annoying me because this last book came out after sooo long and I don't even remember the story of the other characters.

Beyond Oblivion by Jamie McGuire. It keeps bringing up inccidents which happened in the past books that I don't remember.

Yep. I liked the book but didn't watch the movie. In fact I found the plot quite similar to 50 shades of grey but better written

It's mostly romance. Beautiful Disaster is Travis and Abby's story. Then there are 4 more books in the Maddox Brothers series, each book is on one of Travis' brothers. Now the 5th one which I cam reading now is continuation of Beautiful Oblivion which was the story of the first brother Trenton.
You should try and look for these Booktubers who do recaps. I’m doing that for this Empyrean series I’m reading, there are 5 books and only 3 are out so far. And it’s Romantasy and there’s a lot of detail in every book that’s impossible to remember and every book is like 600-700 pages so obviously not going to re-read. So these quick recaps help a lot to iron out the plot gists in your head before you jump into the next one.Originally posted by: heavenlybliss
