Axar Patel's reign as full-time captain has started in grand fashion, with DC unbeaten in three games so far. Could things change in Bengaluru? He will hope not. RCB have also started well, though they the only game they have lost so far this season was at home not long back. Home games have been RCB's Achilles heel, but they will hope to get a winning start today.

There are plenty of plots to look at. Virat Kohli, a Delhi boy out and out so loved and adored by the Bengaluru loyalists. Then there is KL Rahul, a Bengaluru boy, who is now playing for DC. How can one forget Du Plessis, who got so much love from this crowd for three years he was captain.

Starc: Have started better than last season (laughs). Can't complain with three wins out of three to start. Been great to contribute. I only spent the one year at Kolkata anyway. It's been good. Obviously a different group. A little bit of Aussie flavour there, and a couple of South African guys I've known a little bit as well. Been pretty easy to fit in. Great group of talent and experience. The things that change are probably the wicket conditions. We know it's a small ground and the ball flies around here. Main thing for us is adjusting the quickest to conditions. The approach to T20 cricket doesn't change around the world, and certainly in India where batters are trying to clear the ropes and bowlers are trying to stay one step ahead.

Prasanna : "Shashwat - is this bat first or chase wicket? " -- At the Chinnaswamy Stadium, teams have tended to lean towards chasing, especially because this is such a hard ground to defend. And with grass patches and a heavily-rolled surface, don't think that will change tonight.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar - Not extremely happy, but not bad. I think I can do a lot better with the way the ball is coming out (of my hand), but there is room for improvement. I'm trying to swing the ball in the nets, here the new ball swings initially, nothing in particular, but I'm working to try and get to my best. Really enjoying it, I haven't felt like I am in a new team, the support I've got from the team and the management has been incredible. We lost the last match we played here, but the way we've played the three matches away, we want to do the same things, don't want to do anything special, just do the basics right and hopefully we'll end up on the positive side (of the result)
