The term "help line" was added to the forum's restricted (smut) word list due to spammers frequently posting fake customer support numbers. These spammers manipulated search engines so their fraudulent contact numbers would appear when users searched for legitimate customer care numbers, leading users into scams. This measure was taken to protect members from potential fraud.

Since now we do not allow new users from making a new topic we can revisit this.

Regarding the other issues we will look into the same.

The new PM page looks great, but I'm having trouble searching for some old PMs. It shows an error message saying, "Error. You are not allowed to visit this page."

Yes, the new PM page looks great. You are not required to come back to the main page by closing the PM page, you can directly enter into the forum pages easily from there.

I wanted to search for a particular PM

So I swithced to outbox .. and was trying to search by the user id .. it takes me to 501 error

I am unable to attach images from the gallery on the IF post in a thread.

In the PM page, i could attach but when I clicked submit it gave me an error in the morning .

I'm unable to share my texts with hyperlinks. Whenever i use the opt to link, and enter the URL, my text does get highlighted in blue but whenever i post it's back to normal text. Please provide some solution to this. It's been a long while since this problem persists with my acct
