It's not possible at all...they give hormone injections for 2-3 months which r very painful (they do it so that they get good quality eggs ) , it leads to ovulation , they extract those eggs , then egg meets the sperm in the lab , they plant that embryo in the uterus of the lady (in this case ruhi ) . So after this , the lady may / may not conceive depending on a lot of factors. If the embryo stays , she's pregnant else they try again after 6 months (not sure of the time gap ) else she miscarry ..

So it's not possible that somebody is naturally pregnant and they do this procedure , there r lots of tests and ultrasounds done before the procedure.
