It's less the Internet as such but the use it gave to how 'social' media can unfold. It brings out what is inherent to the human species: the bad & ugly and the good & loving...using the whole scale of the linear spectrum smiley2 (it's the own choice one has to do how to handle it, I think)

Hollywood actor Rani Malik has a lisp, and he won an Oscar a few years ago. But he also has talent so there’s that.

I don’t know why Ibrahim has chosen to hide his lisp? He grew up watching Hrithik Roshan became a big star without hiding his extra digit.

There was a “source” on Reddit who claimed that even KJo told him to be open about his lisp as it would endear him more to the audience but Ibrahim felt that the lisp would work against him and make him lose the fans that he’s built. I guess referring to his Puma shoots which did garner him a lot of attention. Take this with a pinch of salt 🤷🏽‍♀️

All of this begs the question, if he’s not comfortable with his lisp why hasn’t he worked on it with a speech therapist? It’s not like his family can’t afford it.

Ibrahim may learn from all the social media comments he gets... hopefully smiley1 (I'm very confident that he could do better than in Nadaaniyan... at least, I saw potential where others may not have noticed it.)

NO ONE is MAKING FUN of Ibrahim's lisp due to his jerk move.

He is not getting TROLLED for his lisp... his lisp is just been discussed here without him being insulted or without wrapping into his abusive threatening message.

Not at least in this thread, so where the question of sensitivity came in this discussion ?

Who is trolling? I definitely am not trolling him. I just stated he has a lisp and he didn't have a lisp in the film as his voice was dubbed, how does that equate to speculation or trolling? He hasn't given any interviews but has been making appearances just for photos, I just said the reason could be because he has a lisp, i didn't say that its definitely the reason.

I have not made any insensitive remark, I have said Ibrahim should embrace his lisp if he is insecure about it as the lisp shouldn't get in the way of his career. Talk about people completley misunderstanding and twisting things smiley6

Wouldn't notice a lisp smiley36 but as his dialogue delivery is one of the key criticism of Ibrahim's performance in Nadaaniyan, he may work on that... thus, this criticism would be somehow a positive one smiley2

Oh there was a rumour a long time ago about this and no one was sure - makes so much sense

But high time he owns it theres no hiding in bollywood dude

Also the aggression makes sense now - he needs to deal with his flaws gracefully and let go off that aggression inside

His name is Rami Malek not Rani Malik.

Okay fair fair, but what excuse does Khushi have? Is her buck teeth impairing her speech? She was 100% worse than him.
