Lord Shiva’s Painful Separation from Parvati

Swarth, confident in his power, vows to diminish Mahadev and spread negativity across the earth, leading to chaos among humans and a battle involving the gods. Diti and Shukracharya conspire to destroy lord Shiva’s reputation, seeking revenge by unleashing destruction upon humans and animals.

Meanwhile, Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati arrive at an ocean where Goddess Parvati feels peaceful, unaware of the impending separation. Noticing Lord Shiva’s troubled expression, she senses that he is hiding something. When confronted, Lord Shiva confesses that they must part ways, shocking Goddess Parvati. She refuses to accept the decision, longing to stay with him. Lord Shiva, however, does not reveal the full reason, only stating that he must teach humanity about integrity and righteousness. He explains that he will divide himself into twelve Jyotirlingas, signifying his omnipresence.

Heartbroken, Goddess Parvati pleads with Lord Shiva, insisting that life without him is unbearable. Despite understanding her pain, Lord Shiva remains firm in his decision. In distress, Goddess Parvati calls upon Ganesha, Nandi, and others to discuss the matter. During this time, Ganesha selflessly shares his food with others, earning praise from the gods for his kindness.

Finally, Lord Shiva announces his departure. With teary eyes, Goddess Parvati embraces him, unwilling to let him go. However, the inevitable moment arrives, and they bid each other an emotional farewell.
