Why are you being agitated?? We should not forget they had been together for a very long time...ek comfort level to hai..and Ani may hesitate to have any simple physical contact with her in normal times..but we have seen in aag track that he was very genuine in his concern for her...hugged her to console her..don't look at it as some romantic gesture...this is a way of showing support and empathy to her..same thing he cannot do so easily with Jhanak...kyunki he loves her..but he doesn't have a long standing relationship with her..so he has not been much touchy touchy with her...but jab bhi huwa hai those were filled with passion, longing and love...fark hai...and it's visible..
