It's not only in arranged marriage setups colleges mein bhi there are guys pinning on a particular girl but jab tak woh unko bhaav nhi deti hai they get with the girl who gives him attention but once they get the girl they actually wanted they would end the relationship without any closure. I feel Indian boys are cowards in this particular aspect. Like for Indian women, we only say Yes to marriage or relationship when we are 100% sure that we'll spend our whole life with that person. If there is 1% doubt, we say No at the beginning itself. But Indian men, they pine for another girl, still won't tell the girl who's connected to them through marriage or relationship the truth and keep her on standby. And later will blame the girl who was there why their relationship is not working. I guess that's why it's said, Rishtaa nibhaane ke liye bas soft hona and romantic hona kaafi nahi hota, a person should be strong enough to fight for their love. Ye jo kisi doosri ladki ke liye pine karte hue ek aur ladki ko backup me rakhte hain, there should be a special hell for these kind of guys.

It'd have been understandable if Neil has at least told anyone in his family about his feelings and they would've brushed his feelings aside. Abhi to isne kisi ko kucch bataaya hi nahi hai. Kisi ko sapnaa thode hi aayega unke ghar ke bete ko pyaar ho gaya hai.

My opinion is different. I don't know much about Jhanak. I don't watch the show. But as far as I know, Arshi was Aniruddh's girlfriend. So, he was committed. And here Juhi is nobody to Neil. He doesn't owe her anything. He only went to see her because Neil's family members forced him to see her. Neil said "I don't want to go" but they didn't listen. He wasn't interested at all and he made it clear to his family members. Now if he feels disinterested in talking to her I don't think it's his fault.

Valid but yeh baat hai ki he’s no kid. He should have stood his ground. I know Neil was pressurised by his family to meet Juhi but he can open up to her saying I don’t want to marry you / I’m not interested in marrying you. Being upfront simplies a lot of things. It’s unfair to Juhi if he carries on the pretence as if he is interested in marrying her but actually he don’t care for her at all.

He’s the reason she thinks he’s also in the same boat as are. Juhi se clearly baat karna uska farz hai, jo usne nahi kiya.
