Anupama calms the angry Kotharis by saying Rahi will wear both lehengas for haldi , in the beginning she has worn her sister’s creation, now she will change into the lehenga Kothwris have sent for her . Everyone agrees, Rahi goes inside to change . Prem follows her n wants to accompany her . Their sweet close romantic moments happen but Rahi pushes him out of the room . she is shocked to find the lehenga missing from the box .
Mahi is obsessed with Prem and Kotharis and their gifts, she can’t take her eyes off that designer lehenga and is unable to resist her self n puts it on. She enters Prem’s bedroom and looks around in admiration at what could have been hers .
Rahi is seen looking for the lehenga but fails to find it , she seeks help from Mummy . Anupama too looks for the missing lehenga ,
Prem enters his room n notices the girl wearing the designer lehenga . He is so happy that he hugs her . They fall on to the bed and he is about to kiss her .
Rahi arrives there looking for lehenga and is shocked to see Prem Mahi in compromised position and she is wearing the designer lehenga , Anupama is shock3d n recollects similar moment on Anuj n anniversary when Van was kissing Kavya . She is horrified to think similar things cn happen to Rahi .
Prem notices his mistake n quickly moves away, he apologises to Rahi for his mistake n explains. Rahi asks him to be quiet as she understood why he did this mistake n she assures him her full trust n hugs him tightly .
Anupama asks them to return to the haldi function as muhurat was passing . Anupama lashes out at Mahi for knowingly wearing Rahi’s lehenga , she decides RK send Mahi back to her mother Kavya or any other hostel far away from this city , she can no more live in Shah house. Mahi is shocked n begs Anuma but Anupama has had enough.
As Prem Rahi arrive for the handi ritual Moti baa confronts Rahi for not wearing the designer lehenga . Meer also questions why did she not change ? Prem cooks up a story and covers up .
Soon the haldi ritual begins . Shah family has brought their home crushed haldi l Kothwris have brought specially ordered haldi . They have clash between Baa and Moti baa . As this escalates ..Badshah accidentally playfully collides with Baa and Baa gets dis balanced n haldi spills into the bowl of Kothari haldi all are shocked .
Baa declares that the destiny wand kanha ji wanted that both children should get both haldis .
Soon everyone comes by turn and it’s a happy moment when Prem and Rahi are smeared haldi by everyone as per order of seniority in the families .,
Gautam is keep to take his revenge from Rahi for slapping him, he connives with Parag .
In the end youngsters have fun and masti as they smear haldi on Prem bhaiya and Rahi bhaabhi .Moti baa is very pleased and declares the haldi ritual is not completed successfully .
Right then a guy calls out that Haldi was incomplete as he is yet to put haldi on Rahi . All are shocked . They wonder who this guy is , he declares he is Rahi’s real father. Anupama and Rahi question him and they have angry exchanges . The guy talks about Rahi’s real mother Maya , who was a bar cancer n he fathered Rahi . He used to get clients for Maya . Kotharis are horrified to learn Rahi’s real mother was a bar dancer n Rahi is her illegitimate child .
Rahi is shocked to learn about her real mother being a bar dancer and she is an illegitimate child . Moti baa raises objections on getting a bahu who is illegitimate child and whose mother was bar dancer . Gautam adds fuel to the fire. Anupama gives long lecture about bar dancers and their minority and how they had to survive this cruel world n how they were taken advantage of and how Maya was a wonderful woman . How Anuj and Anupama adopted Rahi and gave her good upbringing.
Moti baa refuses to accept Rahi as bahu after learning about her parents .
