The entire story is a mess girl now. Agar story ki base strong and consistent hoti to phir we can have characters analysis in depth.

We should also keep in mind that Jhanak's narrative for not staying with Ani for the first 300 episodes was completely changed. She once told Adi that, due to her illegitimate child tag, she could not have a happily married life with Ani, and most importantly, she wanted Ani to take stand for her openly before signing the annulment papers.

But now what happened? Only Arshi didi blah blah blah for XYZ reasons. Currently, the "homewrecker" excuse is artificially forced into the present stupid narrative.

But that didn't happen coz imo this pregnancy track was never planned. It was a last moment decision for trp and shock.. it next to impossible to believe that a girl like jhanak who always had such high morality and who dreaded getting homewrecker tag would simply give in to her emotions. That's not the j they should in 100+ eps... it was purely for shock but backfired and from that track everything went downhill.. and when leena didn't get the desired result she turned pregnancy into tumour and made a joke of everything.

Last para, the thing about law and rights is that you can't claim them when you feel like.. there's a time limit for everything. Had j revealed the truth and they both accepted the marriage then yes definitely law would've been in their side. But after signing annulment papers, they themselves rejected the marriage. Now it's all in their mind which unfortunately law won't consider.

I agree, because that baby track was completely unplanned, leading to completely inconsistent scenes later. All of Jhanak's later dialogues were dual-meaning, so they could be interpreted subjectively.

And baaki drama woh laa raha hai na Vihaan since he is so excitedly back to shoot again

That woman just few days ago compared her coactors characters with dogs and bitches....and we can't even call her "character" a chudail....which she obviously is?????
