Why is Abhira hiding about Kaveri?

Kaveri should have made Armaan & Abhira sign a non compete agreement when they started working for Poddar firm which would have prevented them from starting their own practice in Udaipur but nahi, iss mahaan intelligent aurat ko clients ko sue karna hai for wanting to leave the firm and then thinks that clients would choose to stay at her firm
