Exactly. How difficult was it for kaveri to get death certificate ? She still got it so if shivani was presumed dead, she's dead in records toh she cannot also file the bigamy case. ( just as dadisa got abhiman divorced but both were not aware , still divorce was legal & valid ). The person in question I.e. madhav wasn't aware his 1st wife is alive ..

So in any scenario, vidya can't be the illegitimate wife & rohit ka toh there's no ques bec even children born out of wedlock are now not seen as illegitimate

See kaveri poddar kept calling hum sautela it's bec she never accepted madhavs first marriage, that doesn't mean arman was sautela & it's madhav who should've shut up kaveri & defended his son which he never did ..later on arman can also ques madhav & shut up kaveri but he was grateful to her for taking him. It's so twisted ke it's foolish now..why was he quietly taking all the abuse when he was a well established lawyer very much capable of protecting his and his mother's dignity ? Same case with abhira .

Ab shivani is madhavs first wife but not his legitimate wife, he has to divorce one of them if he wants that person . Simple . There is no legality involved here , vidya can be the only one claiming the wife tag. (That's another story ke it's for madhav so that in itself is laughable)

She was presumed dead because of planning and plotting of two women. There were witnesses of her being alive, her death certificate and Madhav-Vidya's marriage certificate, as Vidya knew about Madhav's first wife being alive both can be legally challenged. Legitimacy of death certificate can also be questioned. What's the guaretee that death certificate KP showed to Madhav wasn't fake? Creating a death certificate of an alive person can lead to seven years to lifetime imprisonment.

@red Abhimaan got divorced because they signed divorce papers. KP didn't forge their signs. She put forth a condition infront of Abhira and Abhira agreed. Both Ar-Ab signed divorce papers.

When birth certificate can be forged n it gets defended why can't one forge a death certificate ? It also should be allowed n should be defended..

Court will never allow a man to marry within months of wife disappearing

Also Armaan is lawyer he also after becoming adult not bothered to find where is mother disappeared
