Abhimanyu never need to file a case against akshara or abhinav because in the last part of the custody case verdict court itself ordered an investigation against akshara, in this abhinav is her partner. But maker's never moved to that part because if moved they have to show legacy fl in jail for forgery.

But the thread poster was only talking about Vidya & Rohit in the first 2 posts - didnt a previous gen fan only ask about why Akshara wasnt punished? Just wanted to check.

Whether laws are lenient or not depending on the country, fraud is a fraud. Clearly she forged the birth certificate and accomplice was bhinav who was well aware of the fact. In the case of Akshara she would have been definitely penalized along with Abhinav as Abhimanyu could have ensured safety and affection to Abhir as a parent. He was not a threat to the child. Plus he was deprived of fatherhood and son was decived due to her personal reasons. If it were an actual case those fraudsters would have got their punishment. I have read a case in foreign country about a BC fraud where mother did it in hatred for her ex husband. Mother recieved 8 month imprisonment and partner received 6 month imprisonment for deception.

So there is nothing hail the fraudster couple for. It is a crime which makers didn't try to underscore much as it was done by FL of the show.

There is a statue of limitation for specific type of cases , specially in the case of missing person

A person is assumed dead if missing for 7 yrs ? A person who's mentally unstable , their marriage anyways stands void.

Yes kaveri initiated criminal activities , she can be tried in court incase shivani files a case..in which case shivani will have to prove kaveris crime

Madhav can go to jail if shivani filed a case in those 7 yrs... That depends on the proofs shivani can give in the court , whether theirs was a legal marriage or she has pictures & proofs of temple marriage .

Nobody can challenge vidyas status as a wife ..

Madhav is the sole guilty party here . First he marries a woman against his family's wish , fails to protect her & his son (still fails ) , he never doubted his mother or investigate if shivani was actually dead (easily believed them ke shivani is dead ) . Then he marries again & ruins another life , and rohit also ..why would he do it if he loved shivani this much ?

He's a spineless and a hopeless case & arman will follow his foot prints for sure ..

@bold - But when he found that out, rather than confront said brother, he ran away for a whole year & prayed that Armaan & Ruhi get each other's pyaar. Tab Armaan sautela nahi tha? Its so funny that both Rohit & Kiara are identical, that they both expect that their sacrifice be lauded, bhaad main jaaye what other people feel.

Legal & illegal was discussed in the show, so it is all perspective & who puts what case on the other. Everyone in this gen has done some or the other crime, so I will surely not call anyone side better than the other.

Right now Armaan is walking away, but I dont know what will happen in the future, so will not comment on that & have no particular expectation. If the show ki story is not upto mark in the future, I will surely leave it & hopefully move on.

Will not comment much on the previous generation, coz this thread was about what happened with the characters in this generation, and I dont know how much of it relates to the previous one.

vidya to ab bhi blackmail se madhav ko paas rahne ki koshish mein hai...😂
