I agree with some poppy fans that fraud is fraud whether in law punishment decided for it or not..

But still wondering how they convinently ignored the fraud manju mata did by hiding Neil's being biological son of Harshvardhan and never told him...She almost hid it for 25 years 😳..

Neil was humiliated by Harsh for being outsider for years but MJ s love for Neil is so true that she can see him humiliated but cannot inform Harsh about his own son

@red Abhimaan got divorced because they signed divorce papers. KP didn't forge their signs. She put forth a condition infront of Abhira and Abhira agreed. Both Ar-Ab signed divorce papers.

Shivani wasn't missing, she was presumed dead by madhav , that changes everything.

Shivani can't be the legitimate wife bec she is dead in records . Did kp say the death certificate was fake ? Shivani also believed kp didn't she? ... so if shivani comes after 30 yrs claiming to be madhavs wife , first she will have to prove that she is that shivani who was presumed dead .

Like when a person goes missing & their relatives assume he/she is dead (mistake somebody's dead body for that person) , get the death certificate and after some years this person comes bk n claims they're not dead , it's not so easy to claim anything legally. I'm talking legally. Not the law of yrkkh.

Why didn't madhav investigate n easily believed his mother ?

I never said kp is blameless , she might be guilty of these criminal activities but there is a limitations act , after a certain time period has passed , Courts don't accept such cases bec it's not possible to gather witnesses n anyways ye sab hoga when Arman or madhav or shivani file a case against her . Will they ?

Vidya if she knew shivani is alive somewhere agreed to marry madhav , that doesn't make her guilty , kp is the criminal here 🤣 morally / ethically or any other angle if we think ofc vidya has ulterior motives.. but that's not what we are discussing here..we are discussing the legality of marriage ..

I can show u the episodes in which jamwali did fraud by changing birth certificate but where did Manjari changed Neil's birth certificate ? It was said Neil was adopted so there is lot more difference in doing fraud n hiding a reality..Jamwali was a criminal n a fraudster while Manjari wasn't..

Talking about crime n fraud doesn't sounds good from some jamwali fans..

Neil's mother arranged him to send to orphanage as she had complications and informed manjari about this, she died during delivery. Later manjari adopted Neil legally. There is no fraud here. Only difference is manjari knew Neil is harsh's son.

That's what my issue is that by comparing Manjari to a fraudster like Mrs Sharma they r insulting a noble deed like adoption.Manjari adopted Neil while what Mrs Sharma n her puppet did was a paternity fraud..Not everyone is like Mrs Sharma who used to do crime and get away with n then play victim card..
