Agree that the show ke legalities toh alag level ki hai, which we can never even try to decode, be it previous gens or current one.

But I will say, I would love to see Rohit & Vidya hear the very same words they once threw at Armaan, coz well I am petty that way.

Things are complicated here.... Even if somewhere is alive and others person get married.. that's thing only null and void for certain years lmax to 7 years. If you live with someone for May years as husband and wife ( even you never got married as per Hindu rituals) still yours marriage consider legal....

Their others laws as well for husband and wife status in others condition... society status matter too, they never saw anybody other than Vidya as Madhav wife so that will impact too...

.so right now only Vidya is Madhav. Untill and unless Madhav divorce her or atleast they have to go to court to make their marriage null(this thing not happened after many years) ... Only divorce is last option..
