Shivani didn't die and KP sent her to ashram alongwith Armaan, Madhav couldn't find Armaan when he gained consciousness after accident. Shivani's fake death certificate was shown to him, Madhav believed it without investigating further. KP got Madhav married to Vidya knowing Shivani is alive. KP is a key witness of Shivani being alive, despite the fake death certificate she created. KP is also a witness of bigamy.

Madhav didn't get married to Vidya after 7 years of Shivani's disappearance whereas Shivani's death certificate was fake.. KP can be imprisoned for lifetime for creating fake death certificate of Shivani. Madhav and Vidya's marriage is null and void according to law (if death certificate wasn't forged and there wasn't a common witness of Shivani being alive and Madhav-Vidya's wedding, it could still be considered legal). Rohit is illegitimate son of Madhav and Vidya. Vidya is not a Poddar. She has created an illusion of perfection around her. Vidya mata has surpassed all other characters in her obsession for a man. The way this hypocrite girgit reacted, character assassinated Ab and Ak over Ar-Ab's deal marriage, which was legally valid is appalling. Vidya being an accomplice in KP's planning and plotting can also be legally punished. But then she will faint saying maine jaan bujh kar nahi kiya. I've given so many years to this house blah blah.

Vidya mata is a parmanent character (despite being disliked by majority yrkkh viewers, TRP is a proof of it). KP is also a parmanent character, but they both are criminals. Can't say much about writer's narrative but Ar-Ab doing "hum sath sath hain" or "kabhi khushi kabhi ghum" with these two women in future will be too gross.

When Abheera ki maa baap didn't got imprisonment for doing paternity fraud so why do u expect kaveri to be be imprisoned ? Criminals are always white washed here in this show...

I don't know about India but its illegal to forge legal documents n change biological parents name on it..So Akshara did commit a fraud along with her puppet n it was shown in the show too that court acknowledged it n was going to take action on it n even asked them to change abhir's legal document with his biological father name..

Kaveri Poddar knowingly faked someone’s death, is guilty of falsification of a death certificate and has presided over a bigamous wedding, being fully aware that the first wife is alive. She is guilty of multiple frauds and Vidya is her accessory. These are undeniable facts.. Madhav and Shivani can both file cases against Kaveri for perpetrating this fraud. This should be the CASE that Armaan should be fighting ..to prove that his biological mother and he are victims of Kaveri Poddar’s diabolical games ..his mother has lost her entire life and he has been deprived of his biological mother’s love, having been deceived into believing she was dead …this is the case that will actually cause TRPs to ramp up …not Vidya’s trauma and not Abhir’s trauma …because neither character has resonated with the audience 🤷🏻‍♀️

Poppy has my full sympathy but he is his own villain in not fighting for justice in the matter of paternity fraud …

Vidhya is not only illegal wife she is illegal as even a human being.. She is some other praani like this
