The toss takes place exactly 30 minutes before the game, and the captains give out their lineups at the toss.

So, for a 2.30 KO, you'll have the toss at 2 and the lineups by 2.05. Unless some team announces it in advance (like England already have, but they're always free to change it if they want to)
