In the mood to rant about this show. About trp, I feel like maybe it also has to do with early time slot. When this show was initially moved to earlier time slot and they did the re–telecast at the later time, the later time slot was getting much higher ratings. If one could experiment and move this show back to much later time, it may get higher trp like the other shows at that time. Some of the other shows also have a lot of nonsense going on so doesn’t make how people continue to watch anyways. The audience for kmtmg has a higher expectation and don’t like to tolerate nonsense.
Not sure what the point of leap was if they continue to recycle the same old destructive plots. The purpose of closing Pri’s chapter should have been to move the story forward away from the negativity of villains and revive the story with the original essence of kmtmg. But here we are…B1 replaced with B2…instead of Pri we have Manvi (who up until pre leap didn’t exist but suddenly came out of thin air). And now just in time add Rajeev back to that mix. So what exactly is new here?
Another problem with this show is that they don’t have a normal pace of just regular normal scenes. Imagine going to an amusement park and going on a bunch of roller coasters. At first it might be fun and thrilling. But after a few rides, you may get dizzy and have a headache. And might need to rest and take it easy and just get tired not wanting to even go on another ride. Likewise, the constant plots and plans or twists and turns might thrill in the beginning but after a point you want some breathing room. The leads or characters need breathing space and so does the audience. No need for constant twists and turns or villains. Do show some regular stuff.
In this show, they couldn’t even focus one episode on beautiful Amvira moments without disruption and interruption. Are Amvira little children that has to have monitors with them or babysitters supervise them around like you watch kids? So sick and tired of it! They are adults so let them have their freedom and independence. Pre leap – During Amvira proposal and wedding night, was there any need to show Pri and Ishu? It was highly irritating and annoying to have such beautiful Amvira moments interrupted with others and not flow without those two. And to have Ishu barge into Amu’s house to check on her like really? The entire sequence could have avoided those two even knowing anything. Then talking about grah pravesh episode….could have had that whole episode spend on precious Amvira moments along with family. And had gone for the whole bank Pri chase next episode. But no as usual they can’t slow down and dwell in good moments instead had to rush to action drama! And following that no heart to heart conversation between Amvira but focused on Rajeev eavesdropping in their house!
I know we need to have some patience post leap…Amvira won’t be together so quickly. Really had that patience till after the Mahasangam episode. Now want to turn Abhir negative like you don’t have enough negative characters already. Why is it so difficult for these makers to keep characters positive or maintain good relationships with each other. Up till now you could say Abhir thinks it is RA so is against him but now that he also realizes it is indeed Virat who is his cousin and Amu’s husband…instead of being a good and true friend he is thinking of ganging up with Manvi bravo! There is no rhyme or reason to have everyone against Amvira for them to be together.
Did the writers change? I can’t believe the same team who wrote those initial phase episodes are they same ones handling post leap or the ones with the love for villains. Why are they also holding back from showing Amvira moments that audience would like to see? They have been holding back in regards to Amvira scenes. What are they trying to achieve? In the hopes that the show shall go on and they will get to those moments sometime? What if by that time the show shall no longer be on air? This team has been given a chance with the leap to refresh the story and has an opportunity to do well if they want to. But honestly their idea so far seems to be recycle old plots, villains and repeated tracks in a new fashion instead of working on story line and comprehending that viewers got sick of the nonsense with villains and wanted the progress of story without focus on these killing plots. It might fly in other shows for some odd reason but not here. Even audiences in other shows are getting tired and bored of the same silliness.
Mahasangam episodes: So there was atleast some progression in the story with VA recalling and trying to get answers. Liked the dances and the episodes overall. As usual, we get these lovely Amvira dance sequences in imagination. Still waiting for a real one. How creative are the makers of our show! 3 days in a row they had to show attempts to harm Amu...like really? The statue one and swing was enough. The whole oil on stairs, trip, fall and catch is so silly. They could utilize the fact that they were at the hotel with much more creatively. Show some scenes with the family maybe hanging out, having a meal or something with VA observing them and reminizing or feeling a connection to all. What was the purpose of Manvi getting the room by Amu since it wasn’t even utilized for anything. Could have maybe had an Amvira scene with an interaction instead of catch and fall which is so boring. May Amvira meet accidently entering in the room or something as Virat did go to get the curling iron. Or maybe even Amu going into the other room and possibly discovering Manvi’s drug collection. In kmtmg, most of the family members were just there to attend and not do much. Nothing much came out of the whole medicine swap. The other team used the idea of getting an adjacent room for their scene. I mean they used all their characters well. I wish maybe Avni would have felt something and alerted Amu regarding meds.
And how is Virat being injected without any awareness? He is not unconscious. I am sick and tired of Virat being V for victim all the time. VSA – Now Virat was being very insensitive to Amruta with what he said to her. And why is Amu shown standing like a statue and silent with nothing to say? This is ABC who used to speak up with Virat but ever since they got married she has not expressed much other than on few occasions. Virat is able to say whatever he needs to and walk away without bothering to hear what she may have to say or without a care in the world. She should have been shown asking him what if he was really VA …what would he want her to do …give up on them and let him go? Make him think a bit. And also what if she was the one with memory loss? Would he give up on them after all the promises made and be able to let her go? Want to see Amu point some questions back at him instead of standing there and taking it all in all the time. I know he is in a vulnerable place but he has understand what she has gone through or might be dealing with. Would like to see some good emotional scenes between Amvira where they are able to have deep meaningful conversations and share their pain and feelings and be comforted.
