That noodle scene is definitely after Vidya comes to know of Shivani's existence.. I am confused about sequence now.. Unless they scrapped anything.. Because there is pagphera also happening and GH scene mentioned Shivani in hospital and Ar looking for hotel.. So that should happen after this confrontation.. But yeah they have scrapped bts and rewritten stuff in past, so you can't be sure..
