One more piece of news-

Sony has telecasted all the episodes in YouTube .They are telecasting one episode per day I guess.

I mean what's the meaning now.When it was going well ,they withdrew all the episodes and now when it is about to end ,they restarted it

He berates Kaikeyi too when misfortune befalls him - when Sita was kidnapped and when Lakshman was unconscious and when he heard Sita was killed, unlike what's shown. In serials, he never says a word against Kaikeyi. (Not just Rama, Sita also berates Kaikeyi when she is being kidnapped).

On the contrary Lakshman was stable and he is the one who convinces Ram to search for Sita instead of lamenting. He supported his brother throughout.

When Lakshman was hurt with Ravan's spear, he is grieved or a moment but fights Ravana, makes him retreat and then laments. He fought when he had to and when it was done, he lets his emotions out. Rama openly expresses sorrow to his friends and family, it's a luxury he had.

For some reason some texts and series consider a person to be reliable only when he supports everyone, knows everything and does everything himself. In my opinion, that's not being reliable but becoming a sacrificial goat. Just my opinion...

But it's nice that they have started again. We can watch them easily without much hassle. Sony app is not very user friendly in my opinion...

Also, Sun Neo is going to telecast Shrimad Ramayan in Hindi. Not sure when it would start.

Exactly,in this show it is clearly shown that h "loves' kaikeyi more which is unbelievable.In the text,he was extremely worried about Kaushalya before his exile because he knew his father would be bedridden after sending him away ,kaikeyi would gain more power which would make his mother's and Sita's life more difficult in palace.One of the reasons why he asks Lakshman to stay back.

As Lakshman was more stable minded ,he was always portrayed unjustly inall the adaptations ,glorifying the protagonist and Hanuman .It done in such a way that Lakshman's dialogues were delivered by either Rama or Hanuman in this show.

I knew about Sony neo.I think it's also app based service only.Not sure

Another thing where the makers did wrong was -

Sita shows her kaali roop in the court.Ideally only Ram would be able to see her .Rest all will be blinded by her radiance aka tej which is equivalent to 1000 suns.If Ram knows her identity ,then the lament or grief shown by him after her bhoomi pravesh will be null and void and will hold no value or impact.So basically it's another dragging only., testing and undermining the intelligence of viewers.

I know some may accuse me of nitpicking but I guess changing the essence of an epic is not done for me.

Yes, it was always odd that in series' Ram always gives more importance to Kaikeyi than Kaushalya... It's ridiculous - be it decorum or personal relationship, Kaushalya always comes first since she is Dasaratha's first queen. Rama mentioned that to make Lakshmana stay and also doubted that Bharatha may harm his mother to which Lakshman replied that Kaushalya has enough assets to help her live comfortably and she was capable enough to defend herself and his mother Sumitra. In my opinion, this was proof that women (even royal/noble ones) were capable and by mo means 'damsels in distress' even if they were not warriors. He also says that if Bharat tries anything of that sort, he would end him that instat (to which Rama does not reply - he does not contradict or restrict Lakshman)

By that time Sita had decided to follow Rama, so he was worried about his mother and father.

Until Bharat met Rama in exile, they didn't know for sure what his stand on the situation was. Also, Rama sent Hanuman in the end not just to inform him of their return but also to find out his thoughts. If Bharata wanted to continue ruling Rama was willing to let go of the kingdom and remain in the forest.

Lakshmana has always been made secondary. I hate it when they have to downplay a character just to make the hero look good. It does not achieve that goal, rather makes the hero look like an excuse. In this series, they show Bharat to be more artistic and not good in martial arts and he wins only when Rama let's him. Show makers don't need to do this. Rama ruling over capable people itself is a testimony to his prowess. They don't have to downplay anyone.

Another thing that irks me is Sushena being Lanka's royal physician. He was part of Vanara Sena. Rama did not need to borrow anything or anyone from Lanka. He had everything he needed.

I still can't find any logical reasoning for her showing her Kaali and Lakshmi forms in the court... It's kind of bizzare - just my opinion.

As for the visibility, I think if she herself want her forms to be seen, anyone can do so if she wills it no matter how brilliant it is.
