Recently a Chinese troupe had performed Ramayan which was pretty close to Indian Ramayan but the storytelling, dance styles and acting were adapted to Chinese audience and they did use a lot of Indian elements in music and dance. From that video, I think they did a pretty good job.

Thankfully these two productions mostly stayed true to Indian versions...

Hanuman in the movie The Legend of Prince Ram was so beautiful. He has that childlike innocence and the strength of a warrior. The scenes when he meets Sita and when he identifies the herbs for Lakshman are great.

Sony is probably waiting to see how CID does over a few months before having other shows return. Cause they had CID return on Sony and Tenali Rama return on Sab TV, so they're testing with them first.
