I think they are saying the line about Jhanak being better than her mainly to hurt Arshi because they know that's her main trigger - to be compared to Jhanak

They know that praising Jhanak as right will drive Arshi mad....any statement claiming that Jhanak's POV was right will make Didi lose it

I liked it too and I wish it was a bit more deliberate. It was an important character arc, a milestone of sorts for Ani... towards his dream of having a dad that he can role-model. That is why he called out how Shubho made mistakes but he is reforming and sets a good example.

But why a 4-minute scene in a 40-min episode, that is titled "Shubho seeks redemption"!

@bold: LOL isn't that how it usually goes in Leena-verse? The positive scenes of people who can actually act never get more than 4-5 minutes of footage while Chudail Didi ka fake bechari act gets 90% footage in every epi....who can forget the three back to back 40 min epis of Didi ki bidaai from BH.....and woh bhi just for Didi to return back within 2 epis clutching her paapi pet....

4 min only becos anything more and it will start to look more silly than it is already

Shubho guy is actually a very good actor. He had that screen presence . When I saw his first scene I actually thought he would have a good role as Ani's father .....but bechare ka role chugalkhor aunty wala hi reh gaya🤣🤣. Chalo it's nice kuch toh ache scenes mile usko other than sitting around muh sadha ke on sofa.

I know. I thought the same. He has a presence and holds himself well, not like his tacky on screen wife Tanuja.

Even though the turnaround was fast; he did a pretty decent job of emoting today.

All I'm wondering is what will Ani not let Jhanak help Arshi with, when Arshi needs help from her. Why was that dialog fit in today? Sounds like Shristi will get her dues, and then Arshi will want something from Jhanak? Forgiveness when Arshi rape truth comes out?

Even tho audience is getting what they want, the turnaround speed is too much and the story is unbalanced. On one hand J is made to look like a prize idiot and in BH everyone is suddenly flipping for her. People can watch for happiness regarding some removal of toxicity, but writers could have done better. Arshi is looking like a victim now than a person losing support because of her actions.

Even when she said, Jhanak lied, Ani should have countered with why did she? She was hiding from thugs sent by her mom and KB. The writing was poor today. Yesterday Ani will always remember J as he loves her and only her. Today he has forgotten everything about one part of his life. Is it so hard to maintain consistency in 2 consecutive days.

Jhanak and old couple scenes are so painfully drawn out; they are making their FL look like the prize -est idiot in town. Pathetic the way she is made to look. Poor Hiba!
