LOL that dialogue was about Ani retorting back to Arshi scoffing that she would never need J's help for anything and she has many people to support her. So Ani felt the need to cut her down to size that even if Jhanak WANTED to help you, I won't let her offer you a hand.....just a way of saying that you are not worthy of Jhanak's compassion or benevolence

I toh enjoyed Ani retorting back and roasting the Chudail.....three cheers for second straight day of non-ghulami mode

Bips is a great actor just like Shubho so they understand in which scene what kind of expressions needs to maintain

Exactly....both have goldfish memories and that's how shallow their characters are

They dutifully made a face over Shubho wanting to apologize to Jhanak but then they randomly got happy over Ani patching up with Shubho.....reason they conveniently forgot .....Director ne bola ki smile karo toh dutifully smile on cue like the bimbos they are

I dunno why but I liked Ani feeling emotional about his Baba reforming .....maybe because they do have good father-son chemistry even though they've mostly been at loggerheads in the show....but it's sweet to see the softer side of Ani and him all along just wanting his Baba to try to be a good human being that he can feel proud to call his father....lol

Yes, I agree....Bips is practically Meryl Streep compared to pathetic Tanuja and Arshi....she is able to convey Bips ka core in every scene. They have overall kept her more consistent too so maybe that helps her.

Shubho I feel is the best actor of the evil Bose lot....he's always had the capacity to showcase a more humane side when needed and aaj woh dikhaya. Arshi or Tanuja doing such a flip would have looked way more fake and unbelievable cuz they always come across as artificial in whatever they do....Shubho pe it managed to work cuz of the actor.
