I really have two questions about Leena's actions.
Firstly, why did Leena show Kashmir night if she wanted Ani to forget about it, especially since it only led to Jhanak humiliation Except that nothing achieved. ?
Secondly, if Leena wanted to portray Ani's actions as a drunken mistake, why didn't she directly show Ani getting physical with Arshi, which would have also protected her laadli from rapist tag.
One sentence answer is... Leena's ultimate goal is to increase episode count .. Anirudh forgetting Anishit incident helps the shit narrative of Arshi achhi ladki hai aur woh aise kaam nahi kar sakti...regarding Jhanak, as far as I could read Ani..if he remembered consummation, he would not have signed decree of nullity so easily..and in both cases the goal of episode count increase will be hindered..

...from a character pov, just imagine how tragic it is for Anirudh that he could spend only one night of passion with his wife with whom he is madly in love with and the night also fortified his wife's acceptance of him as her husband....but he doesn't remember it!
