Savni coming to stay with Mukta Sagar was even there in original YHM, they were following that track. Upcoming track after Mukta running away is Mihika calling Sagar and Sagar ensuring Mukta he will bring Sai back, Harsh and Savni exploit Sai as child artist and model to gain money and Sai thinking Mukta gave her away to Savni. There's a scene in YHM when Raman sees Ruhi in all makeup and he realizes Shagun has made her bunk scchool and doesn't give her time to study... according to YHM track
