20 years later they'll be playing parents to Taimur and Raha
Saif & Amrita could have very well played Ibrahim's parents, that would have been a real site to witness, on screen 😂

Why is Dia playing a mom to a 20 something? She is younger than Kareena.
well dia is 43 years old and likely her character will be in her 40's, and i'm assuming ibrahim age will 18 or 19 yrs old in the movie as it's showing him in high school or maybe college, so that means her character had him when she was around 24-25 yrs old, so it is believable. Even kareena could play a mother to an older kid as she is 44.
And mahima is 51 yrs old, so she also at the age where she can play the mother to an older child.
Huh...nice choices. But why not cast Saif and Boney in their respective roles instead?
The only one that fits visually or aesthetically is Sunil Shetty. The ladies look too young to have adult children, and frankly so does Jugal despite his gray hair. Regardless, it will be very nice to see them on screen.
I really wish they had released this in theaters so I could have the pleasure of watching it bomb.
Good casting.
Senior actors playing parents to younger lot(basically playing their their age onscreen) ??
I'm all for it!
About time other actors like Khans, Akshay etc. move towards this direction.

Suniel (63) is perfect for the part. I mean his real daughter debuted 11 years ago in Bollywood. He is going to be a grandfather soon. I must say he looks terrific for his age.Would love to see more of him in such roles.
Mahima (51) has a 17 year old daughter in real life, who would probably debut in a couple of years, just like Rasha. So she fits the bill too.
Jugal is literally 52 years old, and debuted as a young actor, 31 years ago in 1994. He is playing his age.
Only Dia (43) is young and the odd one out here. But she anyways stopped getting lead parts years ago, which is why she has probably taken this route.

I suppose, to have acting work to do...actually, it isn't so uncommon in Hindi movies to have actresses in her early 40ies to play "mom to a 20 something" (since when the r e a l age of an actor/actress enacting a character plays a major role in this field of making believe
