Why does lead actor Ranveer look more like a side actor in Dhurandhar?
Teaser - Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri
Why can't Ranveer file divorce from Deepika - does he deserve better?

Avinash Tiwary... very good actor, imo.
Oh, it's so saaaad that such movies aren't shown in theatres because of the importance that is given to boxoffice numbers... the pandemic really has changed so many things - and not for the better.

I'm actually happy that such movies aren't shown in theaters. The theater movies are all about number games, censoring important things but leaving skin show and sex and titillating scenes in, and taking actors who know nothing about acting but are nepo kids.
Imagine if this movie would have been made for theater. It would have probably had someone like Arjun Kapoor as the main lead, the focus would have been more on him, and Nora Fatehi would have had a song in it that would have ruined a perfectly nice old song cause Neha Kakkar would have sung it with her screeching voice.
Boman Irani is so talented. Actor and director of the movie. 💙.
He was a photographer before he joined movies.
He should act in more movies.
That's exactly what I meant
I would even add some other things, among them extreme violence and gore... at least when talking about the trend I noticed in some overhyped Indian movies.
However, there still are people (Boman among them) who won't do such movies, not even for theatres and money.
Piku is somewhat similar subject wise, not exactly though.
It also is about a relation between an aged father and his child... and someone from outside is helping in a positive way... so, in this it is similar indeed. But here, both had been estranged through issues making an unexpected life together different in another way...

Agreed. Plus when such a movie is made for theaters and it doesn't do well then producers don't fund future such movies which leads to more of the same stupidity.
I was watching Hisaab Barabar a few days ago, I think the same day it released, and that movie was done so well but I just know that it wouldn't have done well in theaters which would have led to such movies just not being made for a few years until some producer decided to "take a risk".
