Well, she's not 100% wrong. I have been going through some comments from YT and Twitter, and a lot of people are kinda accusing Sailee of not being a good partner to Sachin. Some people were even like she should be replaced like what ðŸ˜
I don't agree with this. Sachin being right does not mean Sailee is wrong. In fact, I think Sailee is being quite lenient with Sachin based on what she knows and what's hidden from her. Everyone is just looking at Sachin's perspective, and damn it even though I love him so much, it's not right to blame and accuse Sailee on why she isn't siding with Sachin. In fact, I think this track actually shows how much she loves him which might be even more than how much Sachin loves her. Just look at this from her perspective.
All Sailee knows is/is told that Dilip was with Chitti, who was his employer in a legit job (which is a lie), and they had gone to Sachin's friends to collect the money that they loaned (so basically her little brother was only doing his job). Remember that Sailee isn't justifying her brother's job and she is completely against it. Then, from what Dilip told her and what Sachin confirmed was that Sachin was batshit drunk when he decided to beat the absolute sh*t out of her college-going little brother who is literally a bacha in front of Sachin (which is why she keeps saying bacha, not because he is an actual kid but because he is younger than Sachin who is a full grown man next to Dilip). Sailee doesn't just assume Sachin beat his brother. When she first tells Sachin about her brother on call, Sachin goes off on her and lies. When she comes home, she realizes that Sachin was lying to her and questions him on why he didn't come. Sachin then starts giving excuses and explanations that literally made him sound like he's guilty and now covering up. Then when Dilip lies to her about Sachin beating him while being drunk she goes to meet Aneesh first who lies about where Sachin is, but Sachin comes in front of her absolutely out of it in broad daylight (which he never did in the past, kinda also confirming what Dilip said is true) and she gets even more angry and questions him about his drunkenness and whether he was drunk when he beat her brother, and instead of denying that he was drunk, Sachin confirms that he was. Any woman would be mad and disappointed in her husband. Not only has her husband relapsed but he has also brutally beat her brother who is younger than him. The reasoning she is being exposed to literally doesn't warrant Sachin beating her brother so brutally. She literally can't defend Sachin even if she wants to at this point.
Now why didn't she think Dilip could be lying is because Sachin has a history of violence and alcohol. Dilip stole once and reformed according to her because their dad died. Why would her brother continue to do things that killed their father, and why would he steal from Sachin again when they were so close? Dilip personally never had anything against Sachin. Renu's robbery is so far back that connecting dots would be nearly impossible. According to Sailee, Sachin beat her brother and won't apologize because they are poor so Sachin can get away with it, and this thinking is because of her inferiority complex that Renu drills into her head 24*7. It's literally Sailee's fatal flaw, which influences her judgement. I'm sure that if Sachin had told her about Dilip grabbing his collar, demeaning/insulting him, or even trying to beat Aneesh she wouldn't have held Sachin guilty.
And despite all of this, Sailee doesn't leave Sachin, not even for a day to just take a break. She not once stayed at her parent's house, and as far as I know she is still taking care of Sachin's needs with food, clothes, rangoli before leaving, etc., because the maker's haven't shown otherwise. Maybe she can't leave him because of society and marriage, but she can definitely make excuses to stay with Dilip for a couple of days. She can even abandon taking care of Sachin until he bends or harass him like Renu does because believe it or not Sailee does have that kinda power over Sachin and she very well knows it. Sailee can make Sachin's life miserable if she wanted to, which is what Sachin did in the past when he misunderstood her. Instead, she is only expecting Sachin to admit that it was a mistake and he won't do it again so they can move past it. Not even to her family, but to just her. It says a lot about how much she feels for him. Sailee has ALWAYS compromised and put more efforts than he did. When Sachin misunderstood Sailee, he literally kicks her out for something that wasn't even her fault and even starts harassing her after he brings her back (ignores her, yells at her when she tries to make him understand, insults her, abandons her, etc.). Sailee's basically doing nothing in comparison. She's just mad, and she has every right to expect efforts of reconciliation from Sachin with the reasoning she has been given. I just hope she explicitly doesn't end up picking sides.
