Anupama and Janki Ben discuss the reasons Parag Kothari has asked Anupama to meet him alone . Janki is sure he wanted to apologise so feeling embarrassed to do it in public . Anupama knows his pride n ego and bad behaviour , he could never apologise. Janki advises her to accept his apology in case he does . They should think of their business.

Anupam vents out her fury by grinding spices as she recollects how she is humiliated . She wants to confront Parag Kothari Elsewhere Prem is seen venting out by exercising … in his mansion Parag is remembering Prem’s challenge n works out in a fit of fury . He is ready to fight Anupama Joshi .m

Parag recollects tiny tot Prem n his mother Janki .

Moti baa and Khyati watch Parag having heart ache over his son Prem . Oyi baa feels Anupama and Rahi have brain washed Prem to go against his father . She bad mouths Anupama and her profession., she curses Maa beti n vouches to take revenge for this rift between baap beta .

Anupama is at a cliff top and is in a good mood , she is waiting for Parag Kothari and two cars arrive with Parag and his armed body guards .

Anu Par confrontation . He states not a diamond business giant but just a father was here to meet her . Anupama is shocked as she notices Prem’s pic on Parag’s mobile n Parag is in disbelief that She did not know Prem was Parag Kothari’s son .

Anupama is shocked . She now understands Prem Prarthna hug . Why pandit ji said a Prem had Maha Raj yog in his kundali , she realises Baa was right in getting suspicious on Prem . Parag accuses Anupama of lying that she knew nothing about Parag Prem rishtaa. He accuses her f being lower middle class gold digger who was eyeing his wealth n got Rahi to trap Prem .

Parag states both families were mismatched , he finds the alliance unacceptable.

Anupama replies firstly she did not know Prem’s family , that he is a Kothari .

Secondly neither Anu nor Rahi were gold diggers .

At Shah house everyone misses Anupama . Toshu is worried for the completion of the various orders . Mahi gets jealous as she learns Prem and Rahi were toiling in the Rasoi for the order l Mahi offers to help her.

At the Rasoi, Rahi has completed readying the order n Prem gets into romantic mode and flirts with her. He tries to tell her that he is a Kothari but before he can do that they are interrupted by Jealous Mahi and impatient Toshu . Prem gets frustrated for failing to share the truth with Rahi .

At the cliff . Parag tells Anu that Prem might have left home now but he is the heir of his business empire and he wants Prem to return home single, not hitched to a street girl . He bad mouths Shah family . He mocks the marriages of Anupama and her children . He refuses to be in touch with such a family . He wants Prem Rahi tk break up and the families stay away . He is sure when Anupama could not take care of any Relationships then how could he allow alliance with such a family . Anupama returns back over dill ka rishtaa and paison ka rishtaa , Parag and Anu at loggerheads over Prem Rahi . Parag warns Rahi will never get Prem .
Parg offers Anupama a huge wad of cash , to leave his son alone . He mocks that these were just his lodging expenses . Anupama declines and is shocked .

Parag returns home and informs Moti baa that he had gone to meet Anupama Joshi . Anupma returns to Shah house and gives tight slap to Prem Parag Kothari for lying to them and betraying their trust
