Yeah she accepted Ar and took care of him but that doesn't mean she can do anything she wants.
For Ar she is his mother who accepted him in ph where dadisa, madhav were not so good to him and since childhood he's living like that. He can love his mother but still that doesn't make her right or 'not wrong'.

Aisa lagta h Armaan uske liye mahaan banne aur madhav par upper hand ke liye h. And raised Ar to be ehsaanmand towards her.

i don’t think anyone is saying Vidya is right .:not even Armaan …and Vidya has not used Armaan as much as we would like to believe it …hope you’ve seen Beta the movie :.what Aruna Irani does there ..brainwashing the kid into accepting her word as gospel and using it to disinherit him ..at least there the man was not illegitimate ..here there is confusion over the legitimacy of his birth even …and in Beta, the lead says that to him, she will always remain his God or something to that effect even after he almost gets killed ..such is the degree of allegiance and love he feels towards her ..irl none of this will happen ..but in a fictional world, Armaan is border line that character from Beta
