Seems like a turkish drama..they are very much like Hindi shows except they have logical twists and turns. (not that I am an expert, I watched one recent one and liked it)

Vikranth ka scenes that with both his mother and assistant..I think he must be adopted or something like that..kuch toh backstory hai uska..

That can also be a strong point that he was adopted from the local gurudwara by a childless Sikh family from London .. and they hid the truth from him …….he was too small … so he cannot connect that he came from Mumbai ..

His mother looks too attached to him

So far Sonia looks like a character who is only interested in status, no wonder she didn't care much for Malla
