I am not watching the show since long now, but I am guessing since last few months she is atleast running Anu Ki Rasoi - successfully or not is a different debate altogether, but the fact that she is still running something and has not abandoned it as yet, can also be considered as a feat as per her standards IMO.... Yeh alag baat hai ki Anu ki Rasoi bhi itna lamba chal paaya hai toh uska reason yehi hai ki Mishter Shah is not around to throw her out and Crapadia is no more there to beg for her attention. So the devotee is peacefully residing in her temple at the feet of her Bhagwans where all her ducklings keep doing quack quack, which has given her the right kind of environment to keep her business running. It's strange that this kind of surrounding gives her the necessary peace of mind. But that's how she is. That's why the cafe that she started was the best place for her to be. The whole story after that was not needed. Nor an exponential growth is needed for Anupamaa. She likes to operate in a goldilock zone where she can be nearby Shahs and does some work so as to give that vibe of empowerment. Tommrow lets say if she has to scale up this Anu Ki Rasoi business and has to visit different cities, then and there this business will collapse as well citing Maa Hoon Ne as the evergreen excuse.

I hope her next venture is becoming the maid or cheph of Kotha-ri phemli

Adding to that, whatever she earns thru this venture that has not been abandoned yet, goes to Shahs, on their Sewa, even Dolly Ben gets some pocket money out of it, she doesn’t have to pretend anymore to spend a penny on any charity cases like Kapadias, sara chadhawa Mandir ke Bhagwans ko jaata hai😂
