I can only speak for India, each state in our country speaks a different language besides Hindi (our national language). We extensively use English words and phrases in our daily lives, to the extent that English has also become our primary language for communication. Also, most of us Indians have a strong grammatical foundation, enabling us to identify grammatical errors easily.
