Starts with Heer, Yash and Babbu chatting together and sharing funny memories. Omi joins them and Yash tells him that he needs to spend more time with them and they need to pick a date for the wedding. Omi tells them they'll have to delay the wedding a little more because he's been posted somewhere else and he will have to leave. He then tells them he's been posted in Jammu and he won't have to go anywhere and they all laugh. Babbu tells Omi and Heer that since their wedding will be in a few days Heer and Omi must be separated for a few days.
Babbu is on the phone discussing details about the wedding when Yash comes and interrupts. He mentions the wedding cards and says that they haven't distributed all the wedding cards yet. Babbu tells them that they had already distributed them when Yash mentions 'Pammi' and asks if they sent one to Pammi. Babbu tells Yash they should never mention Pammi's name because if anyone else hears it Omi and Heer's wedding won't happen. Yash agrees with her and they decide no one should ever hear Pammi's name. Samar is shown outside the door listening, and he remembers who Pammi is. He realizes that Pammi could be the one to stop Heer and Omi's wedding and gets happy. He decides that he will have to find out Pammi's secret.
In Sushma's room, Samar starts looking for a photograph (the same one he took from Yash's room). He shows Sushma and she asks what's his plan. He tells her his plan is going to be a fun one that they will all enjoy.
Babbu and Yash go downstairs and find the family planning details for the wedding; they tell them they have to go and hand out some more wedding cards. Samar and Sushma come down with pictures from the party from the day before and they all start happily looking at the pictures. Samar evilly thinks to himself that Yash should not get so happy looking at the pictures. As they are looking at the pictures the picture of Yash and the woman appears and Sushma grabs it and asks who it is. Samar takes it from her and says that it is a picture of Yash with someone, he questions who she is. Samar reads the back and it says 'Main aur meri pyari Pammi'. Samar and Sushma question who Pammi is. Samar comments on how beautiful Pammi is and asks Bhushan who she is. Bhushan also doesn't know and asks Yash to tell everyone who she is. Bhushan then asks where the picture came from. Samar says that it was with the rest of the pictures and it must have been in the cupboard. Sushma says that Yash should just tell everyone who she is as he avoided the question last time as well. She asks what his relationship with her is. Everyone is shocked and then Sushma says that it's wrong for Yash to betray Babbu like this and keep her in the dark. Babbu says she never doubted Yash; she asks them who they think they are questioning Yash. Shravan says Yash should tell and Sushma tells him that this is wrong it's like.. Samar interrupts and tells him it's like they are questioning his chavitar. Everyone becomes shocked. Samar tells Yash this is just like how everyone thought he had bad intentions about Heer, and that Yash should just tell everyone the truth so they will shut up. Omi and Heer walk in and ask whats going on. Sushma says nothing they have just found this picture of Yash and some Pammi. Samar shows the picture to them and Sushma reads the caption and tells them everyone just wanted to know who Pammi was. Omi asks who Pammi is, and Samar says everyone is also asking the same question but Yash is not answering. Yash tells everyone Pammi is his sister. Sushma tells him if it was such a small thing as that, why did it take so much pressuring for him to tell them the truth; she tells him how can they believe him now. Yash and Babbu look shocked. Sushma says she thinks there is a big secret behind the picture. Omi asks everyone why they are creating such a big deal out of this, but Shravan tells him it is a big deal because why would Yash be so worried if it really was just his sister. Omi asks them if they are doubting Yash; Yash and Babbu leave the room. Omi tells everyone that this topic will never be mentioned again.
Omi and Heer join an upset Yash and Babbu in their room. Omi tells Yash that on behalf of everyone he is sorry for what everyone did. He tells them that their smiles are what make the happiness in the house and if they are sad than what will happen. Yash tells him they have not done anything that needs to be forgiven but if he is insisting than he has forgiven everyone. He tells them not to worry and he just wants to be alone for a little while. Omi and Heer leave and Yash tells Babbu that he wasn't as worried about their questions but he was worried about the fact that he had no answers for them.
Sushma, Mrs Balli and some others are at a hospital with a lot of press there. Mrs. Balli tries to give the blankets to the patients and Sushma keeps taking them and giving them so she can be in the pictures until finally Mrs. Balli stops her. The nurse then takes them into a dark room and tells them that the patient only likes to be in the dark and doesn't like any light at all. The nurse pulls her out to take her for her check up and Sushma is shocked to see that she recognizes her face. She thinks to herself that she has seen that lady before but she can't remember where. Mrs. Balli mentions to the other lady about some picture when Sushma remembers Samar showing her the pictures and episode ends with her saying 'Pammi!'
