I can imagine the sequence of events - Ek raat KV frustrate hoke iss doll ka sir kaat dega. Fir Chahat rote rote evict ho jayegi and KV will forget all about this hadsa.

KV gets a call that Bete Avinash ko koi haunt kar raha hai, har jagah use "sidekick sidekick" ki awaz sunai deti hai, he's losing his mind, while Gullu ke bathroom ka flush roz kharab ho jata hai, kitne bhi plumber paad lo.

KV is confused k kiski help kare but decides to go with Avinash coz "wo bahut acha ladka hai". But once KV reaches Avinash's place, we get to know that it wasn't Avinash who called KV, it was Paapi Gudiya all along

She has already driven Avinash crazy, and this was her plan to trap Papa KV. Now she'll not let KV go until she manages to shave off every inch of KV's hair to make a new wig for herself
