Episode toh maine bhi nahi dekha. And that earning wala part pe toh deffo KV's taunt was extremely wrong if that's exactly how it happened. KV ko shauk hai aise hi aag lgane ka shuru se.
But from what I've read the crying drama happened later, teasing hui, she started crying and threw a tissue and jug on KV (usko laga nahi).
KV apologised and all. It was only later when she jumped in between KV-Vivian's issue that KV got pissed and said all those doll jala dunga, baal kaat dunga wali lines
I'm guessing Chahat wkw se bhari padi thi and chose this moment to react/overreact
