You can look for alternatives like bajra, ragi n jowar if you don't like Wheat. I usually prefer jowar ,but while making wheat roti , we usually mix wheat n ragi. They taste awesome too. We make dosa, idly too. We usually add equal amount of pulses n millets for the batter to balance it out.
