Ap koyi bhi jo LF dekhta hain unse ask karke dekho, he do question them. But avinash is very good with words and vivian probably has the commitment to treat him as lil brother in his mind so he eventually forgives.

In fruit task avinash was planning with rajat to let vivian give up for esha behind his back but end mein vivian se ja kar bol raha tha ki mil gayi clarity( vivian had asked for clarity)

In that ration kalesh, avinash later apologised to vivian.

This is how he's turning everything back to square one.
