CID is popular because it is a non vulgar non violent non sex content Crime Fiction. I also like CID due to the said reason. But majority viewers like vulgar, sex content and violent series. If someone also begin a show like CID, then viewers get split between shows and both show will get perished.

There was a show started on dangal in 2019 with CID cast name CIF and have Zero sex content but have rape related talks and it didn't work lol (Makers of show was saying like that :- CID 22 saal chala ye 23 saal chalega)

Rape talks lmao is that supposed to be law and order svu remake 🤣😏

The main issue with itv is that can't write. You will rarely find any show where writing is good, no loopholes etc. idk where it gets lost cause it's so frustrating. Bad shows with horrible writing is celebrating decade of show why can't a crime show. It also has such easy staples.

They need 2-3 main cast preferably boy girl for shipper purpose who can survive on breadcrumbs

Cases can be taken directly from newspaper no need to even write

Decent acting

Something forensic i mean just google it dude

Rotating casting of other people.

One antagonist maybe some netaji or some acp/other departments like narcotics etc/harami lawyer

If 2 days epi in 3-4 months one case related to shipping couple /personal life

I mean on paper it's so easyyyy

CIF didn't have that professional vibes but it gave some fame to channel otherwise Dangal was just retelecasting old itv shows like Bandani and Shaktiman

Every where the so called realistic movies are dominating. They are insulting other decent comedy action movies of 1990s and 2000s as Masala Movies. And the so called self proclaimed judges named Reviewers are roasting non realsitic movies, who was and is a source of Entertainment for innocent and simple people.

Today no matter how good and realistic movie is but we can't watch them again again more than 20 times tou never but old shows and movies we can without any limits

Just look at that Crime patrol They add a rape story or affair story in every case and Make views with inappropriate thumbnails on youtube

Sometimes I don't beleive that this show is make by sony tv that Sony tv which make Adaalat and CID type clean content
